StylishSweats-WhatWouldGwynethDo

Here’s the bad news: it’s really time to reserve the yoga pants for yoga class, friends.

Here’s the good news: sweatpants have taken a turn for the super stylish with slim fits, fun patterns and cropped cuts so you don’t need to sacrifice comfort for cute.

Here are my favorite fashionable sweats of the season (from left):

These cropped camo pants from Fabletics (the new athleticwear line with Kate Hudson at the helm) have been in heavy rotation in my wardrobe ever since I got them. They are super comfy but scream cool and are perfect paired with a solid tee, flip flops or trainers. I love them so much.

These Old Navy cropped skinny sweatpants are fun and flattering (even if you’re not really headed anywhere near a gym…) and come in four different styles, including solid black and hearts.

For the luxe loungewear fanatic, the 3.1 Phillip Lim polka dot style is the sweatpant of the season with their slouchy, harem-style cut and drawstring waist.

Finally, these Splendid chambray pants are at the top of my Spring wish list. They’re from the brand’s new Indigo collection (which is all super cute) and while they’re definitely a little more swank than your average sweatpants, I think they can definitely do double-duty on days when you are looking to relax your look a little.

Oh, and What Would Gwyneth Do in this scenario? Design her own, of course. Her GOOP x Beyond Yoga collaboration features these freestyle pants that may indeed have yoga in the name, but say so much more…

These look so comfortable! I personally couldn’t wear them out, but to workout and around the house, heck yes!

I was just complaining the other day that there are no sweats anymore! And here they are. I’m excited to get my Old Navy sweats in the mail (unfortunately the camo Fabletics are sold out in every size except XXS).

Maybe she’s an XXS:) Or bought the grey. Either way, they’re cute! Hope they come back with more sizes.
