Well this week was all about love and hearts and happiness, wasn’t it? I am planning on carrying that mood right on into the weekend with plenty of quality time with my little family (and maybe a cupcake or two), but in the meantime, here’s a look at Valentine’s Day chez us.

Because beyond all the GOOP, I believe there is a woman there who is doing her best. Who believes in being a good mother, a driven career woman, a supportive friend and an inspiring creative thinker -- unapologetically. And I believe that we should all find that someone who inspires us and entertains us and teaches us how to cook. Someone who reminds us that it's important to take care of ourselves. Someone who shares her best-kept secrets. And someone who helps us see beyond the day-to-day once in a while. Because the view can be pretty spectacular.
