DTSP-WhatWouldGwynethDo

It has been a lovely week filled with promise, positivity, hearts and of course, chocolate. Hoping for a weekend of the same. Here are some favorite finds from the past few days that I thought you might enjoy:

A look at J. Crew’s Fashion Week presentation for Fall 2014. Because out of all the shows that you may have seen this week, this is the one you are most likely to actually shop.

8 Foods People Think Are Healthy But Aren’t…sigh, olive oil?!? I give up.

How meditation is transforming a San Francisco middle school. My six year old daughter does yoga once per week and while I often wonder how much namaste a group of young children can possibly understand, she has definitely nailed her warrior pose. I hope it’s a practice she keeps with her and continues to develop as she grows.

A new stock photo collection that hopes to change the way we look at women.

Knife Skills 101 by Athena Calderone (love her and her aesthetic, see more at Eye Swoon) and West Elm. Learning to julienne an onion properly was one of the highlights of my life thus far. For real.

And finally, a letter from a working mother to a stay-at-home mother. And vice versa. And both capture everything perfectly. Because in the end, we’re all mothers. Doing our very best.

Have a great Saturday.
