What I Am Loving (Wanting)…Right Now
So I didn’t get around to a Valentine’s Day gift guide for your man this year, but it turns out there are a lot of things on my wish list right now that are adorned with hearts, so let’s consider this a Valentine’s inspired edition of “What I Am Loving (or in this case, wanting for the most part)…Right Now.”

No one rocks a pair of skinny jeans like Little D and these Gap super skinny spray paint jeans are a fun new take on her faves.
Damn those girls at The Dailey Method for stocking such cute stuff and making me pull out my Amex at every class. This BKR water bottle in bubble is cute from afar and even better up close…the tiny print saying on it reads “it’d be really nice if you had your shit together a little more.” Brilliant.
Just a really pretty compact for pretty pick me ups: YSL matte and radiant pressed powder.
Wandered into her boutique in Los Angeles this weekend and fell head over heels (or in this case, not heels) for these Jenni Kayne d’orsay flats. The turquoise is perfect for Spring days ahead and the salesgirl (who stands around in them all day long) swears they are super comfortable.
When a fairly new product achieves cult status so quickly, you know it must be good. Dying to try this RODIN olio lusso lip balm.
Here’s the truth: I don’t have a lot of opportunities in life to listen to music in headphones. I work in a home office so can listen to whatever I want…loud. I rarely fly alone. And my husband would probably take it personally if I sat next to him at dinner listening to The Lumineers in my own little world. But if I did, I would absolutely want to rock these FRENDS ones in gold.
Some things in life are just small and perfect. These Sugar Paper notecards are one of those things. Thick, beautiful paper. Lovely little design. I sent out a few for grown up V-Day greetings and am planning on saving the rest…for someone else’s rainy day.
I have a whole post about the new collaboration between Canadian retailer Joe Fresh and JC Penney ready to go (it’s landing in stores nationwide in March), BUT it doesn’t appear they are launching their kids line here yet. Insert sad face here. Whenever I am home in Montreal for a visit, we stock up for the littles (in the grocery store, of all places!) from this affordable, super cute collection. This sweatshirt is a must-get for Kai.
(center). I think it’s time to upgrade my eyeglass situation and I have been eyeing (pun obviously intended) some fab frames from Prada lately. Not heart-inspired, but I heart the look of them…and that’s good enough, don’t you think?
