Making My Monday

2012 July 30

This weekend was glorious here in southern California – electric blue skies, crashing waves at the beach, hot sun beating down…it couldn’t get better.

Until this morning! You may remember how I became enthralled with Amanda de Cadenet’s new show, The Conversation, from the very first episode. It’s such smart, entertaining, thoughtful television for women of all ages and I have saved every episode of the first season for inspiration and insight in the days, months and years ahead.

And now I am so very excited to be contributing to their blog. My first piece, “I Don’t Believe in Date Night,” is an adaptation of a post you may have read here on strengthening your marriage.

I hope you will take a minute to read it and share with your friends. And tune in to the show, if you haven’t yet.

Happy Monday!

Okay, so I am a little late to the comment party for this post but I just discovered your blog. I too became enthralled with The Conversation and that is how I found you-through the essay you wrote for their website. Loving the show and the website so much inspired me to submit some writing to them as well. I am thrilled to say they will be published soon. Just wanted to let you know that I can relate to your love of TC, and also want you to know how much fun I am having reading your blog. xxo
