Making My Monday

2012 May 7

Ugh, Monday…we meet again.

I am actually really glad I started this regular little column because it is obvious I need a big old dose of “glass half full” come every single Monday morning.

Is it just me? Please say it’s not just me.

I know it’s a sign of a million things I should change in my life, blah blah blah, but for now, here are five things that I am excited about this week…much easier to tackle đŸ˜‰

This article offers some much-needed Monday morning advice. Worth a read.

One of my oldest friends from high school (who lives thousands of miles away in Toronto) is in China as we speak, meeting her new son for the very first time. After years of baby-making struggles and a long adoption process, she has finally found her yellow brick road and it has led her family happily home…to each other.

We are running away this weekend to the desert. Happy Mother’s Day to me! is live! I am so excited to be contributing to this brand new channel on SheKnows. Check out my piece on why I am boy crazy these days…and “follow” me there for more. Please and thank you.

The Met Ball. It’s the Oscars of the fashion world and it’s happening tonight. So much fun, fabulous eye candy and for the first time ever, you can watch it online via Livestream on

Have a great Monday, friends!

I’ve never been so might have to ask you for suggestions when I go. Haha! Making you my little tour guide friend… you might have to start charing me. đŸ™‚

    Happy Monday, Jeanne
