Understatements: Mara-Mi for Target
For those of you who are new to my little blog, Understatements is a semi-regular feature where I spotlight my love of paper goods, stationery, cards, etc.
I have neglected it for a while but inspiration is known to strike at the oddest times and on this occasion, it was last night during a “crap, we only have one diaper left in the whole house” emergency run to Target.
On my way to the Huggies aisle, a small end-cap display caught my eye – Mara-Mi for Target.
Mara-Mi is the brainchild of Marilyn and Mimi, two women in Minnesota who run a sweet little design shop, boutique and café.
Their collection for Target is a fun, affordable interpretation of their signature style: “optimistic, colorful, authentic, playful and timeless,” and they did a great job with it.
Check it out next time you’re desperate for diapers…or does that type of thing only happen to me??

I’ve been to their store in stillwater before, they have excellent cupcakes in addition to beautiful paper!
