La fête du muguet

I love May. I am a May baby. I love that it’s Spring in full bloom. I love that it starts to hint at the Summer days ahead.
And did I mention I am a May baby…?
I now have a new reason to love the month of May.
In France, it kicks off on May 1 with La Fête du Muguet, where it is customary to give the ones you love a little bouquet of lily-of-the-valley for luck and to celebrate the Spring season.
How lovely is that?
Even lovelier is the fact that Guérlain, one of my favorite beauty brands, launches a limited-edition perfume each year to celebrate the holiday, only available today.
